Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager
• Owned complex, business-critical applications
• Strong technical foundation; ability to work with engineering teams
• Understanding of systems, data flows, and engineering tradeoffs
• Deep understanding of user workflows and impact on efficiency
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear product direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with end users to understand workflows and opportunities for improvement
• Own the development and evolution of complex, business-critical applications and user interfaces
• Translate user needs into clear product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps
• Work closely with software engineers and other technical stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Drive initiatives from initial problem definition through development, launch, adoption, and iteration
• Improve user experience and workflow efficiency in environments where speed and accuracy are critical
• Balance requirements across multiple user groups while identifying opportunities to create scalable, reusable solutions
• Communicate product priorities, progress, dependencies, and risks across technical and business stakeholders
• Proactively identify potential challenges and help teams address them before they impact delivery
