Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of programs that bring up, decompose, operate, and modernize the infrastructure that supports NVIDIA's Hardware EDA ecosystem. This role partners with internal Hardware Infrastructure teams and senior management to scale the EDA charter and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 12+ years of proven experience in software or hardware engineering and/or TPM roles.
• Experience in infrastructure software and large-scale distributed computing.
• Experience with large-scale EDA infrastructure and CPU/GPU architectures; understanding of semiconductor design and manufacturing with EDA tools/flows.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proactive in identifying positive changes in software engineering and release management.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-company partners to shape technical strategy and coordinate execution.
• Nurture continuous improvement across tooling, automation and processes.
• Guide engineering efforts in an agile program methodology across planning, prioritization, design, dependencies and execution.
• Adopt a data-first approach with metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure success.
• Create effective communication channels for status, risks and opportunities.
• Act as liaison between developers, customers and partners to drive alignment.
