The Company

Join a global leader in high-performance, open-architecture, standards-based rugged embedded computing solutions. The company develops advanced technologies for demanding defense, aerospace, industrial, and commercial applications where performance, reliability, and ruggedization are mission-critical.

This is an opportunity to combine hands‑on engineering knowledge with product strategy, helping define the next generation of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based embedded computing products.

Why This Company Stands Out

Lead the strategy for a portfolio of advanced RF, DSP, FPGA, and mixed‑signal embedded products.

Work at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, customer requirements, and business growth.

Influence next‑generation products from concept and requirements through NPI and commercialization.

Partner with highly technical engineering teams developing rugged embedded computing solutions.

High‑impact role with significant visibility across customers, sales, engineering, and company leadership.

Ideal opportunity for a design engineer transitioning into product management or an experienced technical product manager with deep RF/DSP/FPGA expertise.

Work with technologies spanning the complete signal chain—from RF front end and data conversion through FPGA‑based digital processing.

They Value and Appreciate Their Employees

Opportunity to work on technically challenging products supporting mission‑critical applications.

Collaborative environment that values engineering expertise and innovation.

Exposure to customers, senior leadership, engineering, sales, and strategic business decisions.

Opportunity to influence long‑term product strategy and technology direction.

Your Role with the Company

As the Technical Product Manager – FPGA, RF & DSP, you will own the strategy, roadmap, definition, and lifecycle management of RF, DSP, and FPGA-based COTS solutions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong engineering/design background and understands how RF and DSP theory translates into real‑world hardware and FPGA implementations. You will use this technical foundation to identify market opportunities, define product requirements, evaluate technical tradeoffs, and guide products from concept through launch.

Responsiblities

Own and maintain the product strategy for RF/DSP and FPGA solutions within the overall product portfolio.

Develop multi‑year product roadmaps based on customer needs, technology trends, competitive intelligence, and business objectives.

Translate complex system‑level requirements and engineering tradeoffs into compelling product strategies and requirements.

Develop business cases for new products and present recommendations to executive leadership.

Lead product concept definition and support the NPI process from initial requirements through product launch.

Evaluate competitive products, technologies, architectures, and relevant form factors.

Manage product‑line financial performance, including revenue, cost, profitability, and investment priorities.

Partner closely with engineering to define product requirements, technical differentiation, and development priorities.

Work with sales, customers, and partners to understand market requirements and identify new opportunities.

Participate in customer engagements and provide technical support during complex discussions.

Develop technical presentations, product collateral, training materials, and other product communications.

Support secure customer engagements where required.

Monitor portfolio performance and recommend product enhancements, investments, or lifecycle changes.

Influence cross‑functional teams and drive positive outcomes without direct authority.

Communicate complex RF, DSP, FPGA, and embedded technologies clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
