Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager for the Payment Integrity Platform to drive strategy, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery at scale. You will connect business objectives to technical execution, partnering with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Product leaders to deliver platform capabilities that support payment integrity across portfolios.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with engineering fluency and strong PI knowledge, capable of mentoring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Platform Product Management experience.
• 5+ years of Broad Payment Integrity expertise with PI products and processes.
• 5+ years delivering software products with hands-on execution.
• 5+ years as Product Owner delivering technical/software products.
• Experience partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycles.
• Ability to translate strategy into tactical roadmaps and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead cross-portfolio product initiatives for Payment Integrity platform.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligning investments with priorities and client needs.
• Prioritize platform capabilities using business value and customer outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business leaders.
• Drive creation of strategic themes, epics, and initiatives for enterprise capabilities.
• Coordinate dependencies across portfolios and engineering teams.
• Influence reusable platform capabilities across products and lines of business.
• Ensure teams solve core problems delivering meaningful value.
• Lead discussions with VP-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
