Qualifications

• 7 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5 years of technical (software development, IT, or related) experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept through GTM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Definition — own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, long-term goals and press release/FAQ documents.
• Define Product Vision — outline the future roadmap, investment, and experimentation.
• Execution of Product Planning and Development — align customer goals with product requirements and release plans.
• Lead Product Launch — own the GTM plan to meet customer and business goals at launch.
• Lead Operations — monitor customer feedback, drive continuous improvement and business growth.
• Lead interaction with Technical Team — help with tradeoffs based on customer requirements and QA/testing.
• Business reporting — track revenue and adoption, prepare weekly and monthly leadership reports.
