Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end new product development for the Spark modular data center roadmap. Based in Denver with travel to Brighton, CO, you will scope, plan, and execute from CAD to first-of-a-kind builds.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedule, budget, risk, and phase-gate reviews, and align manufacturing for scalable production. Strong BOM/PLM fluency and supplier coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification is preferred.
• Experience with multi-disciplinary physical product and infrastructure projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage BOMs and PLM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NPD for Spark product roadmap from scoping to first-of-a-kind builds.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Partner with manufacturing to ensure scalable production and configuration management.
• Drive phase gate rigor and capture lessons learned.
• Manage third-party contractors to accelerate time-to-market.
• Provide regular executive status updates and deploy a deployments dashboard.
