Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end NPI process for the Spark data center product roadmap. Based in Denver, CO, you will drive scoping, planning, design, and ramp to mass production for first-of-a-kind builds.

You'll collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and product teams, manage phase-gate reviews, and ensure risk is proactively mitigated while delivering reliable, scalable solutions for a fast-growing energy-tech company.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading high-tech physical product development programs.
• Experience with first-of-a-kind projects (data centers, manufacturing).
• Bachelor’s degree required; PMP/CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development lifecycle from scoping to first-of-a-kind builds.
• Own schedule, budget, and scope for Spark design programs from concept to mass production.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, design, and product teams; manage phase-gate reviews.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive continuous process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and manage contractors.
