Crusoe is seeking a Technical Project Manager for the Spark modular data center in Denver, CO. You will own the end-to-end product development lifecycle from scoping to First-Of-A-Kind builds, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and design for on-time delivery.

This role requires 8-12+ years in high-tech product development, strong scheduling, risk management, and experience with BOM/PLM, vendor management, and manufacturing scale-up.

• Fluency with BOMs and PLM systems and product configurations.

• Ability to influence teams without formal authority; drive collaboration.
• Resilience to navigate supply chain headwinds and uncertainty.

Responsibilities

• Manage Spark design programs from concept to mass production.
• Synthesize cross-functional inputs to capture requirements and drive decisions.
• Partner with manufacturing to ensure reliable at-scale production and configuration management.
• Identify and mitigate risks; document lessons learned and process improvements.
• Lead phase-gate reviews and maintain rigorous project governance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align schedules and actions.
• Oversee third-party contractors to accelerate time-to-market.
• Provide status updates and dashboards to executives.
