Job summary

BCforward in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives in a large enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, networking, data center, security, and platform services, partnering with engineering, business stakeholders, and executives.

The role is contract for 16 months with hands-on project management, strong technical acumen, and a mix of Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Qualifications

8–10+ years of IT project management experience.
Experience leading complex infrastructure or enterprise technology projects.
Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on with JIRA, MS Project, and MS Office.
Experience managing large, distributed cross-functional teams.
Budget, timeline, and executive stakeholder management experience.
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
Experience in financial services or large enterprises.
Cloud, infrastructure modernization, or tech transformation experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and technology projects.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across infrastructure, engineering, and business organizations.
Drive stakeholder communication, governance, and executive status updates.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Support Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies using JIRA and Microsoft Project.
