AWS seeks an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to oversee data center build projects in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. You will lead cross-functional teams from concept through deployment, coordinating with stakeholders across time zones and managing capital budgets, schedules, and risks.

The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning technical teams to business goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale data center build projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across multiple time zones.
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality and risk.
• Experience with MS Office, MS Project and MS SharePoint; Tableau, KanBan, Playbook, SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional and technical teams through all project lifecycle stages.
• Oversee conceptual design feasibility, budgeting, design, testing, deployment.
• Monitor metrics, reporting, and risk management; drive blocker removal.
• Coordinate with data center installation and construction projects.
