Tata Consultancy Services in Columbus, OH seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure initiatives across network, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, and data centers. You will drive detailed plans, schedules, and resource allocations while guiding cross-functional teams and vendors to successful delivery.

Responsibilities include managing scope, risks, and dependencies, communicating status to leadership, and ensuring ITSM governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Lead end-to-end execution of infrastructure projects (network, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud, data centers).
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Infrastructure, Network, Security, Cloud, Database, and Application teams.
• Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and blockers to leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, procurement teams, and service providers.
• Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (Change/Incident/Problem Management).
• Track project budgets, forecast costs, and manage vendor contracts.

• Understand core infrastructure components: Windows/Linux servers, Networking, Virtualization, Cloud, Storage & backup solutions, Data center operations.
• Compliance & Governance
• Ensure adherence to ITSM processes (Change/Incident/Problem Management).
• Manage documentation, compliance requirements, and audit readiness.
• Ensure security and operational standards are followed.
• Budget & Resource Management
• Track project budgets, forecast costs, and manage vendor contracts.
• Optimize resource utilization and manage team assignments.
• Hands-on experience with tools like MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
