Job summary

BCforward in Columbus, OH is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to drive delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives in a large enterprise. You will lead cross-functional teams across infrastructure, cloud, networking, data center, security, and platform services, partnering with engineering, business stakeholders, and executives.

The role is contract for 16 months with hands-on project management, strong technical acumen, and a mix of Agile and Waterfall delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure or enterprise technology projects.
• Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on with JIRA, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Experience managing large, distributed cross-functional teams.
• Budget, timeline, and executive stakeholder management experience.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Experience in financial services or large enterprises.
• Cloud, infrastructure modernization, or tech transformation experience.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Technical Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives within a large-scale enterprise technology environment. This individual will lead cross-functional programs spanning infrastructure, cloud, networking, data center, security, and platform services while partnering closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. This is a highly visible, hands-on project management role requiring strong technical acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently lead multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments, driving accountability across distributed teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification.
• Financial services or other large enterprise experience.
• Experience with cloud, infrastructure modernization, or technology transformation initiatives.
