Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a Supervisor Technical Manager to lead and supervise calibration activities across laboratories and facilities. The role emphasizes safe, compliant operations, metric reporting, and workforce development to maintain high proficiency.

The position requires obtaining and maintaining critical qualifications and strong communication with site stakeholders to plan and execute work effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating work.
• Experience with calibration methodologies and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise represented employees performing calibrations of measurement and test equipment.
• Maintain laboratories and ensure work is prioritized, planned and executed safely.
• Develop and communicate metric data to assess quality, cost and timelines.
• Coordinate training and development of the workforce to maintain proficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environment, safety, health and radiological requirements.
• Communicate with site stakeholders for planning and execution of work.
