You will elicit and analyze requirements, translate them into actionable user stories, and drive solution design across product, Dev, QA, and UX teams. The role requires 7+ years of BA experience in financial services, with strong SQL, data mapping, and experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Business Analysis within financial services or related tech environments.
• Experience on large cross-functional initiatives with complex stakeholders.
• Strong SDLC knowledge across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Proficient SQL, data analysis, and data mapping techniques.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Splunk, Postman, and MS Office.
• Familiarity with process mapping and design tools (Visio, Lucidchart, Figma, Marvel).
• Excellent communication and facilitation across business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management of requirements for complex tech initiatives.
• Translate objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, and solution specs.
• Conduct process analyses, gap assessments, feasibility studies, and solution evaluations.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Assist in QA/UAT, validate test scenarios, ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Create process maps, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and docs; leverage AI where appropriate.
• Serve as SME for assigned domains and applications; support production triage and after-hours issues.
