Raymond James, Inc. seeks a Lead Technical Business Analyst for the PCGApply program in Saint Petersburg, FL. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with flexible scheduling to deliver complex financial technology initiatives.

You will drive elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements, translating business needs into actionable specs and AI-enhanced solutions while coordinating with product owners, developers, QA, UX, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in financial services or related tech environments.
• Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Strong facilitation and requirement elicitation skills across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid.
• Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and data mapping techniques.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage requirements for complex technology initiatives.
• Translate objectives into actionable requirements, user stories, and solution specs.
• Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, feasibility and impact studies.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with business and tech teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Devs, QA, UX and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
• Assist in QA and UAT, validate test scenarios and ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Develop process maps, wireframes, data flow diagrams, and business docs, leveraging AI capabilities.
• Act as SME for assigned domains and support production issue triage.
