You will drive DEVOPS and Agile/Lean practices to deliver value, mentor engineers, and shape architecture across multiple services while maintaining security, reliability and cost awareness.

You will partner with product peers to estimate effort, supervise delivery, and foster an inclusive culture that emphasizes quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of software development experience with modern practices.
• Experience leading distributed delivery teams using Agile/Scrum and DevSecOps.
• Proven ability to deliver large projects independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Provide management, coaching and mentorship to your team to maximize health and delivery.
• Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code with observability, stability, security, and performance.
• Shape broad architecture and deliver multiple large services or major infrastructure pieces.
• Estimate effort with product team and evaluate tradeoffs to maximize impact.
• Guide the team on modern software development best practices and provide hands-on assistance.
• Manage projects and collaborate with partners to deliver business value.
• Foster an inclusive culture that strengthens team and customer outcomes.
• Lead special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
