AT&T is seeking a Lead System Engineer to translate complex requirements into scalable enterprise solutions across the full technology stack. You will define architecture for distributed services, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure, aligning teams to a shared technical direction and delivering containerized deployments with Java/J2EE, Spring, Docker, and React-based frontends.

The role emphasizes high-availability systems, performance tuning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or CE is required or equivalent.
• 5 years of progressive experience in Java/J2EE and related technologies.
• Experience with React.js frontend and API-first, distributed systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerized deployments.

Responsibilities

• Translate business/technical requirements into scalable enterprise solutions across stack.
