Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a self-motivated Retail Sales and Merchandising Manager in Mayfield Heights, OH. You will lead a high-performing sales team, drive sales, manage merchandising and inventory, and partner with store leadership to meet goals in a fast-paced electronics environment.

The role requires 5+ years in retail leadership, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and experience across sales, merchandising, operations, and HR functions. Strong communication and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of leadership experience with a major big box retailer in a high-volume store
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience in all aspects of retail management: driving sales, merchandising, operations, freight flow and customer service
• Experience in human resources functions and capacity to hire, retain and coach qualified employees

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing retail sales team focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and operational success
• Coach and develop associates, oversee merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations
• Partner with store leadership to achieve sales goals, build talent, and maintain a safe, customer-focused environment
• Participate in leadership meetings and manage store coverage during absences
• Ensure execution of ad sets, visual merchandising standards, and the merchandising handbook
