The ideal candidate has 9+ years in HR, executive search experience, and a proven ability to lead global sourcing in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• 9+ years in human resources with talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Familiarity with executive search and full cycle recruitment.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience in technical talent acquisition for quant finance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates for Quant Researchers, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, Traders, and Operations.
• Lead recruitment for hard-to-fill roles in quantitative finance and AI technologists.
• Advise leadership on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent pipelines.
• Develop a strategy to attract, select, and close top talent.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure smooth new hire processes.
