Job summary

AT&T in Atlanta is seeking an experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to define the product vision and roadmap, collaborating with business, architecture, UX, and other PMs to deliver customer-centric software solutions that meet business objectives.

You will translate customer needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, guide development through sprint planning, and act as a subject matter expert across multiple product lines while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and at least 5 years of related experience.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Strong ability to develop product vision, roadmaps, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Technical Product Vision and Strategy: Develop product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration: Define and prioritize the product roadmap through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, architecture, UX, and other product managers.
• Product Development and Requirements Management: Guide product development by detailing software product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and support trade-off discussions and negotiations.
• Customer-Centric Product Management: Ensure product viability and alignment with business goals by monitoring performance, serving as the voice of the customer, and ensuring a high-quality user experience.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science. 5+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
