Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; teaching certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years teaching experience with evidence of growth.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and group effectiveness working with adults and students.
• Ideally experience leading a team of adults toward goals.

Responsibilities

• Set ambitious, measurable achievement expectations for all students.
• Create instructional tools and materials used across classrooms by the team.
• Set direction and clarify content and teaching processes.
• Provide instructional coaching to individuals and teacher teams.
• Lead backward planning to align lessons, activities, and assessments.
• Design enriched and personalized instruction, prioritizing small-group tutoring.
