Job summary

Spring Branch Independent School District is seeking a Multi-Classroom Leader (Secondary) to lead a team of teachers and support staff. The role focuses on organizing teaching roles to fit strengths, coordinating professional development, and driving high-progress learning for all students.

The MCL also teaches students directly in many cases and collaborates with campus leadership to review progress and adapt instruction. Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Valid Texas Teacher Certificate or out-of-state certificate appropriate for position.
• Certification must meet requirements to remain qualified per state and federal law.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare with campus leadership to set ambitious, measurable achievement targets for all students.
• Lead a team of teachers to design instruction, assessments, and enrichment aligned with district curriculum.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to ensure high-progress learning for every student.
• Maintain regular communication with families and collaborate with campus MCLs.
