Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to join our team and be an ambassador of happiness, creating meaningful moments that reflect our mission to make a difference in the lives of children, their families, and the communities we serve.

You will lead classrooms, implement our LEAP Curriculum® across age groups, ensure a safe, nurturing environment, and regularly communicate with families about progress.

Qualifications

• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; ECE coursework preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in a childcare setting with classroom leadership.
• Must meet state and federal health and safety requirements, including immunizations and training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to orchestrate a stimulating, welcoming space where children can learn and grow.
• Implement the proprietary LEAP Curriculum® for Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool.
• Prioritize safety and a nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress through apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to foster a playful learning culture.
