Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers in a supportive, child-centered environment. You will lead classroom management, implement curricula, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines while promoting children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.

You will build strong relationships with families, support the center’s success, and contribute to a positive, structured workplace where educators feel valued

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children by promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation; ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child achievement and center success.
