Job summary

Learning Care Group in Concord, NC is seeking an enthusiastic Lead Teacher to inspire early learners and support families at our center.

You will create engaging lessons, mentor staff, manage daily activities, and ensure licensing guidelines are followed while partnering with families to promote child development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare centers.
• Willingness to work indoors or outdoors and engage with children.
