Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks a Lead Teacher in Fort Worth, TX to inspire and guide young learners. You’ll design engaging lessons, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure adherence to licensing and center standards.

You will lead classroom routines, promote social, physical, and cognitive growth, and build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s success in a warm, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center policies.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in active play with children.

Responsibilities

• As Lead Teacher, develop engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Lead classroom management and implement curriculum with awareness of licensing guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support student growth.
