Job summary

Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and inspire preschool children in a nurturing classroom setting. You will create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers and ensuring safety and licensing compliance.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build trusted relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support the center’s success and the children’s growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children, promoting their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support the child’s achievement and center success.
