Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschool learners while mentoring fellow Teachers. This role focuses on creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains.

You will lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards, while building strong relationships with families and the center community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll:
