Job summary

Learning Care Group in Lithonia, GA invites you to join a caring team as Lead Teacher. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management and curriculum implementation.

You’ll promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers, build strong relationships with families, and ensure your center meets licensing guidelines while delivering a supportive, positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate and build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and to support your center’s success.
