Learning Care offers a unique Lead Teacher role focused on creating engaging learning experiences and mentoring fellow teachers in a supportive environment.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children, lead classroom management, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards while building strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support the center’s success.
