Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences while mentoring other teachers. You’ll support the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschoolers, lead classroom management, and ensure curriculum alignment with licensing guidelines.

Strong communication with families promotes student achievement and center success. We value energetic, dependable individuals who can work indoors or outdoors and meet state childcare education requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support each child’s achievement and center success.
