Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow Teachers, and lead classroom management in a supportive preschool setting.

You will foster children's growth across social, physical, and cognitive domains, build relationships with families, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards. This role offers weekday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care: promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the preschool children in your class.
• Call the shots: lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and center standards.
• Communicate: build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
