Job summary

Learning Care is hiring Lead Teachers to create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring other teachers and guiding curriculum implementation. You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class and lead classroom management and licensing-compliant practices.

As a Lead Teacher, you will communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support each child's achievement and contribute to the center's overall success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
