Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teammates, implement our curriculum with attention to each child’s needs, and create a safe, engaging environment for learning. You will partner with families to support high-quality early childhood education and contribute to center goals around enrollment and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with attention to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
