KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to guide and mentor classroom staff, deliver KinderCare's curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. You will partner with parents, strive to meet enrollment and accreditation goals, and build positive relationships with families and community partners.

Requirements include CDA or NAECY candidacy, 2–3 years ECE, and a degree preferred.

Formación

• Outstanding customer service and organization skills.
• CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in process.
• 2-3 years early childhood education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, and partners.

Conocimientos

Outstanding customer service

Active CDA credential or NAECY candid

Approved state trainer

2-3 years ECE experience

Bachelor's in ECE (preferred)

State-specific qualifications/willing

CPR and First Aid (willing)

English communication with children/pe

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
