KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher in Illinois to guide and mentor early childhood educators, delivering our curriculum and creating a safe, engaging learning environment for children. You will work closely with families to support development and education in a nurturing setting.

Ideal candidates will have CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years in early childhood education, and a willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support children's development and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
