KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and nurture a safe, engaging classroom. You’ll partner with parents to support each child’s growth and help your center meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.

Required CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, 2–3 years of ECE experience, and CPR/First Aid certification. A bachelor’s degree in ECE is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Possess active CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistently for each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and care.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff and authorities.
