KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, implementing our curriculum and creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow. You will connect with families and collaborate with center staff to drive enrollment and engagement.

Ideal candidates have a CDA or NAEYC candidacy, a degree in Early Childhood Education, and 2–3 years of ECE experience. CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Possess active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum honoring the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and community partners.
