Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in the Boston area. You will create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure strong classroom management aligned with licensing guidelines and company standards.

You will promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children while building relationships with families to support student success. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
