Job summary

Learning Care Group in Brookline, MA is seeking a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and lead classroom management in a state-licensed preschool setting. You will foster the social, physical, and cognitive growth of children and build strong relationships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote their social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.
