Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, hands-on learning experiences and mentor fellow teachers. You will promote overall growth for preschool children while maintaining classroom standards and licensing guidelines.

As a Lead Teacher, you will manage the classroom, implement curriculum, and communicate with families to support each child’s achievements and the center’s success.

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and childcare center standards.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Take lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and follow licensing guidelines.
• Build relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
