Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in our center to create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers and promoting the growth of preschool children. You will lead classroom activities and ensure curriculum aligns with licensing guidelines and company standards.

We seek energetic, dependable individuals 18+, with classroom leadership experience and ability to meet state education requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children’s social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, per licensing guidelines and standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support center success.
