Job summary

Learning Care is seeking a Lead Teacher who will create inviting, interactive learning experiences and mentor fellow Teachers. You’ll foster the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.

You’ll lead classroom management, implement curriculum with adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards, and build trusting relationships with enrolled and prospective families to support your center’s success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• As a Lead Teacher, create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care and promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and support center success.
