Learning Care seeks a Lead Teacher to inspire and guide preschool learners while mentoring fellow Teachers. You’ll lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities, support licensing and center standards, and build strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Must meet state requirements for education and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop and mentor with fun, interactive learning experiences.
• Care for the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, while following licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to support child and center success.
