Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers. You will care for preschool children and foster their social, physical, and intellectual development, while ensuring compliance with licensing guidelines and center standards.

You'll lead classroom management, implement curriculum, and build genuine relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and center policies.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
