Learning Care Group is hiring a Lead Teacher to create engaging learning experiences, mentor fellow teachers, and ensure daily classroom operations meet licensing guidelines. This role focuses on fostering the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in a supportive center environment.

You will communicate with enrolled and prospective families, uphold state education standards, and work a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits

Formación

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements and childcare center policies.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsabilidades

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow Teachers.
• Care for preschool children's social, physical, and intellectual growth in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, plus be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement for the child and center success.
