Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor fellow teachers, implement our curriculum, and nurture a safe learning environment. You’ll collaborate with parents to support each child’s growth and help drive center enrollment and engagement across our programs.

In this role, you’ll lead with care, ensure standards are met, and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom culture that supports children’s confidence and development every day.

Qualifications

• Must have CDA credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• 2-3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned to each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
