KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classroom teams, deliver the approved curriculum, and nurture a safe, engaging environment for young learners. You’ll partner with families to support each child’s development and learning in a collaborative setting.

You’ll contribute to center success by supporting enrollment goals, meeting licensing requirements, and building strong relationships with professionals and the local community.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• NAEYC candidacy or CDA credential preferred.
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and active engagement with children.
• English reading, writing, speaking required to communicate with children and parents.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum with classroom-appropriate adaptations.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children’s education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
