KinderCare Learning Companies in Naperville is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor fellow teachers, implement our curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can explore and learn.

You will connect with families, partner with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and quality goals, and help children reach their highest potential through engaging activities and positive relationships.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum to fit each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
