KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide classrooms and implement curriculum across sites. You will mentor colleagues, partner with families, and help drive center enrollment and accreditation goals.

Ideal candidates have CDA or NAECY candidacy, relevant ECE experience, and a degree in Early Childhood Education. Qualified applicants may hold CPR/First Aid credentials and are able to lift 40 pounds and work in varied environments.

Qualificações

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAECY candidacy.
• Approved state trainer preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum per each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center’s success; work with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners.
